Once your reservation has been confirmed, please be sure to let us know at least 24 hours in advance if your plans change. When we reserve a table for you, we are counting on your business! If you can’t make it, please let us know well in advance so that we can have time to give your table to someone else.

MENU CHOICES

All guests will enjoy Little Bites to share. Additionally, please select one first course, one main course, and one dessert choice for each guest. If you have any special requests such as a vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free option (when available) please note that in the special requests section below.

First Course (Option One)

Marinated Mini Chicken Filets and confit applewood smoked bacon with mushrooms, caramelized shallots, toasted walnuts, red chicory and baby crispy leaves on an autumnal mascarpone cream

First Course (Option two)

Seared Scallops and Smoked Duck Magret (breast), on a layer of Jerusalem artichokes, panfried mushrooms, mangetouts (sweet peas) and chervil (parsley family), in a light cream of celeriac

FIRST COURSE (OPTION THREE)

Roasted sweet potato, squash pumpkin and orange-glazed carrots with toasted pine kernels, parmesan shavings and arugula leaves, balsamic dressing (this dish is adaptable for any vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free guest)

MAIN COURSE (Option One)

Beef Bourguignon with smoked lardons (bacon strips), carrot sifflets, mushrooms and caramelized onion pearls. Served with a creamy mashed potato.

Main Course (Option Two)

Lemongrass and garlic marinated Shrimp. Crunchy autumnal vegetables with fresh herbs and a hint of ginger in a lemony coconut sauce. Served with steamed Jasmine rice. (This dish is gluten-free.)

Main Course (Option Three)

Lemongrass with crunchy autumnal vegetables and fresh herbs with a hint of ginger in a lemony coconut sauce. Served with steamed Jasmine rice. (This dish is gluten-free and vegan.)

Dessert (Option One)

Traditional Vanilla Crème Brulée

Dessert (Option Two)

Cardamom-infused Panna Cotta, mango and fresh mint, mini madeleines
